Facebook approached Gradient with the unique challenge to help put privacy controls in the hands of consumers in a high traffic NYC location during the holiday season. The goals; debunk myths, improve platform literacy, shake brand cynicism.
The pop up went live in Bryant Park amongst the Holiday Markets. The lightly frosted facade alluded to 'transparency' whilst also blending seamlessly with neighboring attractions. One-to-one interactions with Facebookers (and beautiful coffee) ensured this was a warm and honest brand encounter.
